Bio:
Jamie Baulch is a retired Welsh sprinter who specialised in the 400 meters. He won silver in the 4x400m relay at the 1996 Olympics and claimed individual gold at the 1999 World Indoor Championships in Maebashi, clocking 45.73 seconds. Whilst his British indoor 400m record of 45.39, set in 1997, still stands.
A consistent medalist at European and Commonwealth Games, Baulch was one of Britain’s top quarter-milers. Since retiring in 2005, he has built a career in media and business, working as a TV presenter, motivational speaker, and running a successful sports management company.
