Bio:
Dennis Taylor is a retired snooker player, best known for his legendary victory over Steve Davis in the 1985 World Championship final, decided on the final black ball. He also claimed titles at the 1984 Grand Prix and the 1987 Masters and became recognisable for his distinctive, custom-designed “upside-down” glasses.
After retiring from the professional circuit in 2000, Taylor became a familiar voice in the snooker world as a BBC commentator. He continued competing on the World Seniors Tour until 2021.
